Pouech is a hamlet situated 10 minutes drive from St Girons, the main local town with plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés and a bustling farmers’ market on Saturday mornings. The nearest grocery shops are 3 minutes away, either in Moulis if going towards St Girons or in Engomer if going towards Castillon. This valley is famous for its cheese and honey with local boutiques in the hamlet and a larger shop in Luzenac, all within walking distance of the holiday cottage. The Lodge is very easily accessible, with ample parking on the property.

• Then head for Moulis, 09200, Ariege, France
• Then drive on to Luzenac, 09200, Ariege, France
• At Luzenac, turn left and drive up the hill to the hamlet of Pouech.
• Take the first right in Pouech and reverse into the Lavoir to enter the Chateau gates
